how to...beaded butterfly - hogyan készül...gyöngypillangó

hi guys! in this tutorial i will show you how to make a beaded butterfly with wire. actually i have 2 butterflies at the ready for tutorials. also there is one more butterfly made with nylon cord. i didn't decide yet to make a tutorial on that or not. what do you think? so anyway, the butterfly for now can be used as accisory or jewlery, tho i think it's best to use it for straps.

what you will need: some seed beads(i use 3 colors: for the body, the wings and the eyes, but you can use more if you like) and about 30 cm of wire, that you can buy at a creative shop or a bead shop.

first, take your wire and fold it in half. then place one seed bead on it. this will be the color of the body.

now pick up 3 beads and cross on both ends of the wire all 3 of them. you will have to pull tight.

now, take your right end of the wire and pick up 11 beads on it. this will be a wing, so take a different color.

you will have to go through the first bead (of the wing) you picked up with the same wire. pull tight. the trick is to hold the first bead with your fingers really close to the bodyline and pull the wire with your other hand.

now do the same with the left end of the wire.

repeat the 2nd step. 3 beads of the body crossed and pushed down.

now take the right end of the wire and pick up about 15 beads of the wing color on it. after that pull through the first bead like you did with the first pair of wings. do the same with the left end.

almost done. repeat the 2nd step again, but this time take 2 beads of a different color for the eyes on the edges. so: red, green, red beads crossed and pushed down.
majdnem kész. ismételd meg a második lépést, de ezúttal 2 másmilyen színű gyöngyöt használj a szemeknek a két szélen. tehát: piros, zöld, piros gyöngyök keresztezve és lehúzva szorosan.

ok, now we make the antennas. pull the 2 ends of the wire to be in line with the body and next to eachother, cut off the excess if you have too much of the wire left (you will need only about 3 cm), then if you have pliers, that good, if you don't then you can use a small bladed scisors to bend the wire a bit.
ok, most csináljunk antennákat. helyezd a két drótvéget egymás mellé a testtel egy vonalban kiegyenesítve, vágd le a felesleget ha sok drót maradt(kb 3cm-re lesz csak szükség), ezután ha van kúpos fogód akkor azzal, ha nincs akkor egy vékony élű ollóval hajlítsd be a drótvégeket.
