it's a great decoration or ornate and all you need is some leftover yarn, glue, and a ballon.

blow up the balloon to the size that makes a round ball.

wrap the yarn over the balloon and then glue the whole thing, mostly the yarn!

after a few hours when the glue dried for good, punch the ballon with a needle and carefully remove it from the yarnball.

now you have to shape it up a little. even the lines, if needed put some more glue on them. glitter it if you want to, add a holder from yarn if you want to make an ornate.
most kicsit formába kell rázni. egyenesítsd ki a vonalakat, ha szükséges addj hozzá még egy kis ragasztót. glitterezd be ha akarod, fűzz bele egy akasztót fonalból ha díszt akarsz.

tipps: here i used hobby glue, and that worked for me just fine. the balloon did not get glued to the yarn, and what really was great about it, was that the glue made the balloon a bit sturdy, so after punching it, it stayed in one piece and it was easy to remove. 

use liquid glue only! use your fingers to even out the glue. it also can help to use vaseline on the balloon before the yarn and the glue. another option is to make a mix of water and glue and bath the ballon with the yarn in it. to fix it up, you can use hairspray as well, but in this case the ball will smell bad.
