in this tutorial i will show you the 3 easy steps of how to make the snake knot, and how you can make your own bracelet with it.

ebben az útmutatóban megmutatom azt a 3 egyszerű lépést, hogyan is készül a kígyó csomó, és hogy lehet belőle karkötőt készíteni.

you will need 2 different colored nylon cords in the lenght of about 50 cm. 
you can start with a simple double over hand knot. (take both stands next to eachother and knot them with themselves). 

or you could make an x knot:

like so:

take the left cord and loop it around the right cord.

now take the right cord and make a loop by going under and then over the left cord and inside the loop of the left cord.

pull both ends to make the first knot:

this is the easy part. pull the loop on the right loose a bit. take the right cord, go under the left then over it and inside the loop of the opposite side, which is the original left cord.

 pull the ends tight. first the right loop, and then the other cord.

now turn the sides. and do the same. pull the loop on the right a bit loose. right cord under then over the left, then inside the loop on the right. 

pull both ends tight. first the left one(the one with the loop), then the right one.

do these last 2 steps until you reach the lenght you want. you can make the snake knot long that fits your wrist, or you can make it short, so it will be just on the top of the wrist.

tipps: you will always know which loop to pull and which cord to insert, since there will always be 2 loops under eachother on the right on the side you have to knot on. you will always need to pull the lower knot loose.
to make the knots evened out by their color, you can use your fingers and nails to push them to their place.
